DotA Theme Manager allows you to change regions in DotA.

You can restore the normal land resotre tool.

Help.

All files must be of the Warcraft 3 folder and then run DTMV4.exe (a adminstrator) Choose how you want your warcraft off before attempting to change the land or did not work.

This effect can also try other maps.
